*i work my way up to my heavy working weight; second vid is 225!
2️⃣DB RDLs 4x10
3️⃣DB sumo goblet squats 4x10
4️⃣leg extensions 1 1/2 reps 3x10
5️⃣leg curls 1 1/2 reps 3x10
6️⃣SUPER SET:
a. SL glute bridge 3x12/leg
b. banded glute bridge with abduction 3x12

3️⃣pallof press up-mid-low 4x7/way
4️⃣incline prison press 4x10
5️⃣TRISET 3x7/exercise
a. Pull overs
b. Skull crushers
c. Close grip chest press
6️⃣skull crusher push ups 3x8 (these were harder than i thought & a new challenge!)
7️⃣neutral grip pull ups 3x5

This was actually a solid upper body day & the most fun I’ve had with this split! Despite what my face might show 😅
