3️⃣land mine sumo squats 4x10
4️⃣b-stance hip thrusts 3x15/leg
5️⃣DB hip thrusts 3x15
6️⃣KB sumo@RDL into squat 3x12
7️⃣glute adductor/abductor machine 3x15/each
